Zumbathon Rocks Rec Center
Funds raised help the Mauldin Rec Cheerleaders
Friday night was Zumbathon night at the Mauldin Rec Center. At least 150 Zumbathoners took part in one of the hottest fitness trends in recent memory. The Zumbathons are a regular feature on the monthly calendar at the rec center. Instructor and organizer Jennifer Edwins said the calorie-burning workout is fun, efficient and, "Anyone can do it." Participants last night gave a donation to the Mauldin Rec Cheerleaders, many of whom were participating.
