VIDEO: Miracle League Playground Opens
Smiles, tears of joy and a token of gratitude.
The motto of the Mauldin Miracle League is "Every child deserves a chance to play baseball."
So it stands to reason that the new playground a few hundred feet away and built to accommodate children with special needs was inspired by the belief that every child deserves a chance to play. Thanks to the tireless efforts of Miracle League Director and Founder Dennis Raines, and , BI-LO Charities, Coca-Cola of the Upstate and GEICO, every child in Mauldin and the surrounding area does indeed have a place to play.
