Tampa, Florida – We've all been there.

Driving along at or near the speed limit when another driver decides we are going to slow. They tailgate. Maybe they honk. And, inevitably, they cruise pass middle finger raised.

A video of such a scenario in Tampa proves that the slower driver was right: Road conditions were slippery! The tailgater cruises pass, fish tails and promptly spins off the road.

"That's what you get!" someone says on the video as the slower driver passes the pickup truck. Video of the entire incident is attached to this post.

The pickup truck driver was not injured. MyFoxPhoenix reported that he fled the scene and was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, careless driving and failing to wear a seatbelt.
