Event on Sunday to honor former Mauldin High and USC star
The city of Mauldin is preparing to honor native son Scott Wingo with an event on Sunday at the Rec Center at 3 p.m.
Wingo, a former Mauldin High star and Most Outstanding Player of the College World Series, will have his high school jersey number retired and be presented the key to the city.
