Two MHS Students Are National Merit Semi-Finalists

Places them among the top 50,000 students in the nation

Mauldin High School students Laura Woodlee and Katrina Aardema were in the top three percent Selection Index scorers in the nation from among the 1.5 million entrants who took the PSAT/ NMSQT® tests this year.

The Index Scores measure critical reading, mathematics and writing skills.

Laura is the daughter of Joan and Tim Woodlee of Greer and Katrina is the daughter of Linda and Chuck Aaardema of Simpsonville. Only nine other students received National Merit Honors is Greenville County.
