Dear Brian,  Thanks for bring this video to our attention.  Yet rather than than supporting the driver hogging the left passing lane it you should have criticized her for causing the accident and risking lives. 
  BTW is it legal to talk/ record on a cell phone while driving with 1 hand?
  Even if it is you may have wanted to point out that it's not a great idea.
   You missed your chance here to point out that the left-lane bandit was endangering many people.
   With further research you discover that the driver is a "First Responder" (thus the yellow jacket pictured toward the end of the video)  perhaps you would agree that she is not fit to interact with the public in a responsible fashion.
