Obit: George DeWitt of Mauldin
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 29.
George Wesley DeWitt, 63, beloved father and devoted friend, died Thursday, September 26, 2013, at his home in Mauldin. He is the son of the late Stanley Marshall and Sarah Agnes Abercrombie DeWitt.
He is survived by a daughter Mandy DeWitt-Chandley and husband Walter; a son Wesley DeWitt and wife Jessica; grandchildren Justin and Joshua Chandley, Benjamin DeWitt, Maddie, Gabbi and Jacob Stephens; sister Francis Woods and her husband Clark; neice Jennifer Shackelford and nephew Brian Woods.
He was preceeded in death by a nephew Jeff Woods.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at Cannon-Jones Funeral Home, 603 West Curtis St., Simpsonville, SC 29681.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Shriners Hospital for Children in Greenville, 950 Faris Rd., Greenville, SC 29605.
