Upstate CrossFit is a fitness center that utilizes the CrossFit training program used by police academies and tactical operations teams. The training programs here include different sports, survival, combat, and a personal training program called Warrior Fit. There is also a fitness program designed for children ages 5 - 11, and seminars and training sessions are available for trainers, coaches and athletic teams.
