A late afternoon thunderstorm is sweeping through the Upstate dumping rain by the bucket load and could wreak havoc on rush hour traffic.
The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning through 4:45 p.m. Tuesday and an area flood advisory through 6 p.m.
